We recommend using a unique password for your BT Email account that you don't use elsewhere.
If you've forgotten your BT Email password
Go to bt.com/email and click the Forgotten log-in details? link.
You'll be guided through secure steps to reset your password.
If you know your password but want to change it:
- go to bt.com/email and log in using your current email address and password
- click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner
- select Account info from the dropdown
- on the next page, select Change my password and follow the instructions
Important:
If you access your email on a mobile device, tablet, or email app, make sure you update your password on all devices after making any changes. This helps to avoid login issues.
