Managing your NOW Membership

As an EE TV customer, you have more viewing choices than ever with NOW.

NOW is available via a monthly membership, which you can add or remove at any time. Watch on your EE TV box where you can record and pause your favourite shows, as well as on smartphones, tablets or gaming consoles via the NOW app.

Managing your NOW Membership on your EE TV package

NOW is available via a monthly membership. You can add or remove your membership at any time by logging in to My BT, or, if you're an EE broadband customer with EE TV, logging in to the My EE App, or calling us on 0800 956 6000.

Cancelling NOW Membership

Your NOW Membership will automatically renew each month. If you don’t want this, you can cancel via My BT or by calling us on 0800 956 6000. Any changes you make will take effect at the end of the 30-day period, so once you’ve cancelled an add-on, you’ll be able to keep watching until then. No refunds will be given.

Managing your NOW devices

The NOW app is compatible with hundreds of devices, including smartphones, tablets, Smart TVs and games consoles. You can install the NOW app on multiple devices, but you can register it on only 6 at a time.

You can watch two devices at the same time. If you're watching on an EE TV Box, you'll need to leave NOW channels to start watching on the app. Then you can go back to watching NOW on your EE TV Box too. 

If you're watching on two EE TV Boxes, then you can start them in any order. 

If you have NOW Boost or the HD add-on, you can watch on up to 3 devices at the same time.

Adding or removing devices

If NOW is registered on the maximum number of devices, you can remove one or more via My BT.

You can make up to three changes a month.

Renaming devices

If NOW is installed on two similar devices—perhaps two smartphones of the same model—it can be not very clear. To make it easier to tell the difference you can rename your devices in My BT.

Changing your NOW email address

To change the email associated with your NOW Membership, you’ll need to contact NOW by visiting the My Account page or using NOW's live chat service.

Moving home

If you move home, you’ll be able to continue watching NOW on your devices using the app. Once your broadband and EE TV are set up, you’ll be able to watch NOW on your EE TV box.

Cancelling EE TV

If you cancel your EE TV package, any NOW shows included in your plan will stop on the day your EE TV contract ends. Any NOW passes you have will be available to watch until your next renewal date.
