Digital Voice: My burglar alarm or health pendant shows an error

Monitored burglar alarm

If your alarm is showing an error after you've moved across to the Digital Voice service, please get in touch with your alarm maintainer.

Other burglar alarms

If your alarm isn't monitored or maintained by a company, please connect the alarm phone connection to the phone port on the back of your Hub.

Health pendants and Telecare alarms

If you're without service following the move to Digital Voice, please temporarily connect the alarm or health product base unit to the phone port on the back of your hub. Once you've done this, you should immediately contact your service provider to explain the situation by pressing the red button.
